'Mamma Mia' Is Back on Broadway-This Hotel Can Get You Discounted Tickets and an ABBA-themed Stay
""Mamma Mia!" is on a six-month run until Feb. 1, 2026, and during that time, the Hyatt Regency Times Square is the official hotel partner of the show. The property, which is just one block away from the Winter Garden Theatre, recently debuted its Mamma Mia Experience, which makes you feel as if you're staying at the Villa Donna itself-and it's the perfect place to live out your musical dreams."
"It's perfect for a girls' night or glamorous staycation, and is decorated with costumes used by Miss Donna Sheridan herself (or Mrs. Donna Sheridan-Carmichael, for "Mamma Mia! 2 lovers). And here's a little fun tip: if you say the words, "Make me a dancing queen," sequined curtains will drop from the ceiling, and custom lighting will illuminate the space as a curated playlist starts."
"If you're a theater fan, though, one of the best perks of the "Mamma Mia!" experience is that upon booking, you'll be sent an email with a custom link that lets you get some of the best seats in the theater at a discounted rate. You'll also get access to a variety of curated merch and goodies, as well as 500 bonus World of Hyatt points."
Mamma Mia! runs on Broadway for six months through Feb. 1, 2026, with the Hyatt Regency Times Square as the official hotel partner. The hotel launched a Mamma Mia Experience on the 44th floor decorated with ABBA memorabilia, stage costumes, and sweeping New York City views to emulate Villa Donna. Interactive in-room features respond to the phrase "Make me a dancing queen," dropping sequined curtains, activating custom lighting, and starting a curated playlist. The room includes an in-room Polaroid camera. Guests who book receive a custom email link to purchase discounted premium theater seats, curated merch, and 500 bonus World of Hyatt points.
