Laketran's 2026 Design a Bus Wrap contest invites Lake County middle and high school students, including those enrolled in local schools, art schools, or homeschooled during 2025–2026, to submit original artwork. The theme is America 250, recognizing the United States' 250th anniversary, with designs encouraged to reflect how Lake County and Ohio contributed to American history. One winning design will be featured on a 24-foot Dial-a-Ride bus wrap for one year and travel throughout the county. Entries are due March 2, 2026; winners will be announced in March and the wrap unveiled in April. Avery Dennison donates the vinyl material.
