Tracey Emin's signature neon texts will appear on billboards in 22 locations across 11 London boroughs as a promotional lead-up to a major Tate Modern retrospective opening February 27. The neon works, known for confessional, poetic messages, have been produced by the artist since the 1990s and include a famous pink 'I Want My Time With You' at St Pancras.
