A limited-edition Dom Pérignon Vintage 1961 produced for the July 29, 1981 wedding of the Prince of Wales and Lady Diana will be offered at Bruun Rasmussen on December 11 in the Lyngby salesroom near Copenhagen. The bottles were disgorged in 1981 and bear a commemorative wedding label. The wedding ceremony occurred at St Paul's Cathedral and the reception was held at Buckingham Palace. The lot is estimated at €67,000–€80,000. The edition was produced in extremely limited numbers for official festivities and selected guests and is expected to attract wine collectors and royal memorabilia enthusiasts.
