ServiceNow entered a multi-year partnership with Anthropic to embed Anthropic's Claude model family across its AI-driven workflow products and to deploy Claude to employees. Claude was designated the preferred model family and set as the default for ServiceNow Build Agent, enabling developers to create agentic workflows and apps. The rollout includes access to Claude Code for engineers and deployment to 29,000 employees. ServiceNow declined to disclose duration or financial terms. The company announced a partnership with OpenAI a week earlier and is pursuing a multi-model strategy to offer model choice while maintaining governance, security, and auditability on its AI platform.
