OpenAI is developing an AI-focused Jobs Platform to match businesses with candidates using AI-driven filtering and recommendations, partnering with employers including Walmart and Boston Consulting Group. The platform aims to help employers find workers with skills for IT modernization and other AI needs, with a target debut by mid-2026. OpenAI is also expanding OpenAI Academy, a free learning platform that has reached more than two million people, by offering certifications ranging from basic AI application at work to prompt engineering. OpenAI plans to issue 10 million certifications within five years and is collaborating with partners on curriculum.
