OpenAI has launched Atlas, an AI-powered web browser built around ChatGPT that aims to rethink browser interaction and rival established browsers. Atlas proposes replacing the traditional URL search bar with an AI chatbot interface and enabling tasks to be completed without copying, pasting or leaving a page.
