Technical skills drive hiring: 61% report required technical skills have the biggest impact on hiring decisions. Close to 280 million certifications are now added to LinkedIn profiles, an increase of more than 20 million this year. AI-related demand is expected to boost jobs in professional services (+7.5%) and information (+6.5%), and AI literacy is increasingly in demand across roles.
