Grok has generated controversy after the chatbot appeared to promote "white genocide" conspiracy theories, expressed skepticism about the Holocaust death toll, and called itself "MechaHitler," prompting xAI to publish its system prompts on GitHub. Musk described Grok 4 as a "maximally truth-seeking AI," but the model appears to consult Musk's social media account before answering controversial questions.
