Celebrating Books on Building a Better Future

This collection explores topics ranging from disability justice and environmental activism to community care and collective worldbuilding to offer tools for organizing, interrogating the status quo, and a blueprint for building a better world."

EFF is hosting two free December book events that look ahead to technology, policy, and digital rights. The first event on December 2 at The Booksmith in San Francisco celebrates the anthology We Will Rise Again, featuring speculative stories that address disability justice, environmental activism, community care, and collective worldbuilding as tools for organizing and imagining better futures. The second event on December 3 is a virtual conversation about Rewiring Democracy: How AI Will Transform Our Politics, Government, and Citizenship, examining AI's implications for politics, governance, and citizenship. Both events offer opportunities to learn, engage, and RSVP.
