Arsenal urged to make complaint to Uefa about PSG ticket allocation row
Briefly

Arsenal supporters' trust is urging the club to file a complaint with Uefa due to unsatisfactory ticket allocations for their Champions League semi-final against PSG. Arsenal received only 2,000 tickets, well below the 5% quota, leading to discontent among fans. The ticket reduction was attributed to local police requests for safety reasons. Other clubs, like Liverpool and Aston Villa, are in support. Although the current request may not change outcomes for the upcoming match, ongoing issues reflect a concern for future matches against PSG under the new competition format.
"It's not fair that every club that plays a Champions League game in Paris has less tickets for their supporters," said AST board member Tim Payton.
"We don't expect it will make much difference for next week's second leg but the new format means that English clubs are going to be playing PSG more regularly over the next few years so something needs to change."
"PSG lodged a complaint with Uefa about their allocation for the first leg at the Emirates Stadium, having had repeated requests for an increase turned down."
"Those are believed to have partially stemmed from a number of seats that were broken on their previous visit, although PSG officials have reportedly argued they were repaired at the club's expense."
