Anneke Borbe has signed with Arsenal as a free agent after her contract with Wolfsburg expired. She is the third signing of the transfer window for Arsenal, joining Chloe Kelly and Taylor Hinds. Borbe joined Wolfsburg in 2023 and became their first-choice goalkeeper in February 2025, maintaining good form with four clean sheets in 10 league appearances. Her contributions helped Wolfsburg secure a second-place finish in the Bundesliga and reach the Women's Champions League quarter-finals. Borbe expressed pride and excitement in joining Arsenal and looks forward to working with her new teammates and fans.
