Tottenham's manager, Ange Postecoglou, responded defiantly to Arsene Wenger's skepticism about his team's chances for Champions League qualification, stemming from their struggles in the Premier League. Currently positioned 16th in the league, Spurs are competing in the Europa League, where Wenger contends that the winners should not automatically qualify for the Champions League. Postecoglou sarcastically questioned the timing of these criticisms and expressed that Spurs often provoke exaggerated reactions, highlighting a longstanding debate about qualification processes in European competitions.
