"The notion that I'm ignoring the case is incorrect. That's all I am able to say.""
""despite Apple's multiple inquiries to Mr. Prosser about whether he would be responding to the Complaint, Mr. Prosser still has not done so,""
""coordinated scheme" to "steal Apple's trade secrets, and profit from the theft.""
Apple filed a July lawsuit alleging that Jon Prosser and Michael Ramacciotti executed a coordinated scheme to steal Apple trade secrets and profit from them. Apple says it personally served Prosser and that he missed an August 19 deadline to respond, prompting a clerk to enter a default. The complaint alleges Ramacciotti broke into a development iPhone belonging to an Apple employee, called Prosser over video and demonstrated several iOS 19 features. Prosser published videos showing Camera changes and elements of the Liquid Glass design language. Prosser says he has been in active communications with Apple. Apple did not immediately respond to comment.
