Apple's $250M Siri Settlement: Which iPhone Models Qualify for a Payout?

Apple agreed to settle a US class-action lawsuit alleging false advertising about Apple Intelligence features promised for iPhone 16 in 2024. The settlement relates to delayed Siri capabilities, including using personal context for personalized responses and taking actions across Apple and third-party apps. Nineteen months after launch, the features have not been released on supported devices such as iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. The class covers US buyers who purchased iPhone 16 models or iPhone 15 Pro models between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025. A federal court granted preliminary approval, with final approval pending settlement details and attorney fees.
