"This opening ceremony is more than a construction event - it's a clear commitment to the future of our site,"
"With the new punching center, we are making a targeted investment in technology, sustainability, and in the people who make our success possible."
"When a global market leader like TSA invests in Wiener Neudorf, it strengthens not only the economic position of Lower Austria but also safeguards valuable jobs and demonstrates that technological innovation in Austria has a strong future."
Traktionssysteme Austria (TSA) will invest €9.5 million to construct a new punching center, Plant 3a, at its Wiener Neudorf headquarters as part of the long-term TSA City development. The facility will consolidate punching and sheet metal forming processes under one roof, enable modular expansion, and pursue energy-efficient production. First construction phase is scheduled for completion in 2026 with production starting in 2027. TSA plans to grow headcount from 450 to 550 by 2030, prioritizing automation, precision, and sustainable manufacturing. TSA showcased LD and HD.T3 ROAD-motors at Busworld Europe 2025; Solaris is a main electric-bus customer. The opening ceremony on November 4 was attended by Federal Minister Peter Hanke and CEO Robert Tencl.
