Temsa delivers 10 intercity e-buses to Portugal within 65-unit European rollout including Italy and Ireland - Sustainable Bus
"Temsa announces it has completed the delivery of 10 intercity electric buses to Portugal as part of a wider handover of 65 vehicles across Ireland, Portugal and Italy. The Portuguese delivery centres on the LD SB E, which Temsa positions as Europe's first fully electric intercity bus as it was presented for the first time at the IAA expo in Hannover in 2022 and re-proposed at Busworld in Brussels in October 2023."
"The latest handover represents another step in Temsa's effort to strengthen its positioning in Europe within a broader international growth trajectory. With more than 140,000 vehicles produced globally and over 18,000 units exported to 70 countries, the Turkish manufacturer continues to view Europe as a core region for both volume development and technological deployment. The December deliveries close the year with a measurable increase in Temsa's active fleet across multiple national markets, providing momentum heading into early 2026."
"As we consistently enhance our strong performance in bus production and sales, we are further solidifying Temsa's position as the 'preferred mobility brand.' These three significant deliveries made in December across our priority markets are a clear testament to our determination to grow in Europe. Furthermore, I am proud to share that our MD9 RHD model has been named the '2026 Coach of the Year' in the midi segment in"
