Irizar delivered the first unit of its electric integral intercity bus, the Irizar i3 Electric, to Bełchatów, Poland. The bus was officially presented with local and regional authorities, representatives of Wanicki, Irizar’s official distributor in Poland, and the Irizar team. The delivery represents the first deployment of the Irizar i3 Electric integral Low Entry model in Poland. Operations are planned to begin in early June in Bełchatów and across the Łódź region, providing free connections between municipalities and the city centre. The 12.75-metre bus seats 45 passengers and accommodates up to 20 standing passengers, with an optional PRM space. It includes a high-definition destination display, extra-tinted windows, and a built-in 360-degree overhead camera for manoeuvring and safety.
