"This is the latest addition to the SoilStar family... it's using the same tried and true frame as our previous model... but this eliminates the coulter discs... and it's a seven bar tine harrow. The combination allows for increased agitation up front and more flexibility at the back, helping to achieve a more even spread of material."
"A hydraulic system works alongside the tine setup to allow operators to adapt to changing conditions, including damp or tough straw. An in-cab monitor enables real-time adjustments, giving operators control over the finish and overall performance."
"The hydraulic system... is what makes it... you can tailor it to all conditions... it gets just more productivity out of your day. Feedback has been positive, noting strong interest from producers and a growing list of those looking to see the harrow in action through local dealer demonstrations."
Schulte introduced a new Soilstar model featuring a seven-bar tine harrow built on the proven DHX frame but without coulter discs. The harrow uses variable tine arrangement with larger 5/8-inch tines on the front three rows and smaller half-inch tines on the remaining four rows, creating increased agitation upfront and greater flexibility at the back for even material distribution. A hydraulic system allows operators to adjust performance in real-time through an in-cab monitor, enabling adaptation to varying conditions including damp or tough straw. This hydraulic capability enhances productivity and finish quality. Feedback from producers has been positive, with growing interest in dealer demonstrations.
