AgVision HD brings digital clarity to the air cart
"By utilizing high-resolution digital cameras, the system provides increased detail for monitoring equipment."
"You can see a lot more detail of everything around your farm equipment in the tank,"
"With digital, we are sending basically a data signal... through that single cable with really no limits on the amount of cameras,"
"This setup allows for greater scalability, as the digital signal avoids the limitations of traditional raw video signals."
AgVision HD is a digital implement camera system designed to replace grainy analogue systems by using high-resolution cameras to increase detail for monitoring farm equipment. Cameras placed in air cart tanks enable operators to view seed levels and surrounding equipment detail. The system uses a magnet-mounted power supply and is available in four- or eight-channel configurations. Cat5 cabling connects cameras to the cab and carries a digital data signal that avoids limits of raw video and allows scalable camera counts. The company is based in Nipawin, Saskatchewan, and aims to help producers make more informed decisions through improved equipment visibility.
