"AC Milan risk being priced out of the Dusan Vlahovic sweepstakes because of the striker's salary remands, a report claims. According to the latest from Tuttosport, sporting director Igli Tare has re-established contact with Vlahovic's agent, Darko Ristic, in order to try and make progress. Although the player welcomes the move, considering Italy his second home, negotiations have stalled abruptly."
"Why? There is a gap between offer and demand. The current sticking point concerns the contract figures. The Rossoneri have offered a four-year contract worth €6m net per season, an offer that, however, doesn't meet the ambitions of his agent. In Ristic's view, the priority is a much higher salary. The deal that the Diavolo have offered him - one worth €24m net until 2030 - doesn't convince either the Serbian or his representatives, who are aiming for a double-digit offer, i.e. €10m/yr or more."
AC Milan have re-established contact with Dusan Vlahovic's agent, but contract negotiations have stalled over salary demands. Milan offered a four-year deal paying €6m net per season, totaling €24m until 2030. Vlahovic's agent seeks a significantly higher wage, targeting a double-digit figure around €10m per year or more. Without compromise, the transfer could collapse before season's end and be paused for several months. The option to revive talks may only reappear in May and will remain constrained by the club directors' parameters. Meanwhile, alternatives such as Moise Kean are being evaluated.
