Ardon Jashari drew interest from Atalanta and Roma despite a poor season at Milan. He joined last summer for about €37m after long negotiations, with high expectations that were not met. He produced limited positives, including an assist for Rafael Leao against Como. Gerry Cardinale sacked the entire Milan management, leaving no one to open negotiations, so all mercato operations are paused. Jashari is also called up for the World Cup with Switzerland, which could broaden interest if he performs well.
