"Three will represent the Rossoneri and their owners, RedBird, with the other half being Nerazzurri and Oaktree representatives: Katherine Ralph (Oaktree's Global Opportunities Strategy Managing Director) has been selected as president; Massimiliano Catanese (Inter Milan's Chief of Staff and Board Member); Carlo Ligori (Oaktree's Global Opportunities Strategy Associate); Filippo Guidotti Mori (AC Milan's Chief Financial Officer); Stefano Cocirio (AC Milan's CFO); and Francesco Bramante (RedBird's Senior Associate)."

The company is owned 100% by NSM Holding, a joint venture between Red Stadco Srl and Blueco Srl. The Stadio San Siro Spa board has six members split between Rossoneri/RedBird and Nerazzurri/Oaktree representatives.
