Parma boss Cuesta praises 'great' Milan but refutes Delprato's comments: "We play to win"
"Both individually and as a whole, Milan are a great team, and we'll have to be careful. We'll have to give our all, both in defence and in attack. They look for moments to be aggressive and others to be compact. They have intelligent ball management, which tries to play the game they want, always compact and solid. I expect them to be aggressive in some situations and cautious in others."
"We're focusing on the collective aspect, even though they obviously have quality in many players. But we're focusing on what we have. We have eleven players who will give us a lot, and we want to play the game with what we have. Do our best and take it where we want, expressing ourselves to the fullest. We approach every game to win. We can't control the outcome, but we play to win."
AC Milan sit one point behind league leaders Napoli and have gone nine Serie A matches without defeat after beating Roma. Parma have one league win, sit one point above the relegation zone, and have scored five goals in ten games. Parma head coach Carlos Cuesta described Milan as a great team and warned players to give everything in defence and attack. Cuesta said Milan alternate aggression and compactness and praised their intelligent ball management. Parma will focus on collective organisation to contain Rafael Leao while attempting to play to win at the Stadio Tardini.
