RedBird Capital could route the loan to Toulouse, effectively using Toulouse as a satellite club similar to Chelsea's arrangement with Strasbourg. UEFA previously prohibited player exchanges between Milan and Toulouse during concurrent European qualification, but that restriction has been lifted. Arizala was named best left-back at the U20 World Cup and can also play left wing.
