Leão has made only two substitute appearances this season after a month-long calf injury absence and missed a key chance in a goalless draw with Juventus. Cassano argued Leão cannot play with his back to goal, protect the ball, or shoot effectively with either foot, and suggested Milan have overvalued him while paying €8million a year.
