Footmercato: Milan eyeing repeat business with West Ham - versatile Frenchman eyed
"AC Milan are one of the teams that have been credited with interest in signing Soungoutou Magassa from West Ham United. Milan have already done business with West Ham in the current winter window, having signed striker Niclas Füllkrug on an initial loan deal with an option to buy. He has been impressive so far, also scoring the winner in Sunday night's game against Lecce after coming off the bench."
"According to what is being reported by Footmercato, Galatasaray have recently expressed concrete interest in Soungoutou Magassa, the versatile West Ham man who can play in central midfield or at centre-back. The Turkish club would prefer a loan deal with an option to buy, allowing them to assess the player in the Süper Lig before exercising the clause should they do well this season. However, the report adds: "It should also be noted that AC Milan and Juventus have made inquiries about the player's situation.""
AC Milan, Juventus and Galatasaray have registered interest in Soungoutou Magassa, a 22-year-old who can operate in central midfield or at centre-back for West Ham United. Galatasaray prefer a loan deal with an option to buy to evaluate him in the Süper Lig. AC Milan have already completed a winter loan deal for Niclas Füllkrug from West Ham, and Füllkrug scored a late winner after coming off the bench. Magassa joined West Ham from AS Monaco last summer for around €17m plus bonuses, has gradually integrated into the Premier League, and has 14 league appearances and one goal this season, having represented France at youth level.
