This morning, the Trump administration was notified by the United States military that Israel was attacking Hamas, which, very unfortunately, was located in a section of Doha, the capital of Qatar. Unilaterally bombing inside Qatar, a sovereign nation and close ally of the United States that is working very hard and bravely taking risks with us to broker peace, does not advance Israel or America's goals.

The four journalists covering the ongoing Israel-Hamas war were among 19 killed in the hospital blast, including paramedics who had apparently responded to the scene of a previous bombing, the AP reported. The IDF just killed journalists from Reuters, Al Jazeera, AP and NBC.
Let's be clear: President Trump has the power to end the starvation of the Palestinian people, Vermont's politically independent senator Bernie Sanders posted on X. Instead he is doing nothing while watching this famine unfold. Enough is enough. No more American taxpayer dollars to Nethanyahu's [sic] war machine. Sanders, who also pushed resolutions to ban selling US weapons to Israel, has long been consistent about his concern regarding the humanitarian crisis in Gaza amid the war.
