Otter is making AI bots part of the group chat

Otter is rolling out a new AI feature called AI Chat in Channels, which allows groups to ask a chatbot questions about past meetings.

This feature lets multiple people in a group interact with Otter's AI and get answers to prompts like "What did we decide on yesterday?".

Otter is also expanding the breadth of meetings that its AI chatbot can pull data from and adding an AI conversation summary feature. [ more ]
