Young lovers making out in Pisa Sherrie Nickol's best photograph
Briefly

I observe how people relate to each other, whether alone among strangers or with family and friends, waiting for uplifting human moments like a touch or kiss.
My work captures unique everyday moments, like young lovers in Pisa, a little girl falling in a muddy puddle in Paris, and teens in candid photoshoots before they turn self-conscious.
I mix candid and posed photography, often capturing people in public spaces by blending in and engaging them naturally to elicit genuine expressions and reactions.
