Paige, a Hollywood and Broadway star known for performing with Fred Astaire and Bob Hope, died at 101. She shared her #MeToo story in 2018.
After her big break singing at the Hollywood Canteen during WWII, Paige signed with Warner Bros., earning $150 a week, later increasing to $1,000.
