One of the odd things that happened was a ring that I inherited from my Grandmother went missing. It was a natural yellow sapphire, graded as top clarity and color, and not an inexpensive ring. I wore it ALWAYS (and still do). As the stone is large, I always took it off at bedtime and put it in my jewelry box. I never ever left it out. So, as I was getting ready for work one day, I went to get the ring, and it was gone. I retraced my steps, but it was nowhere to be found, leaving me baffled and anxious.

For a few weeks, sometimes as long as a few months, things move or disappear, we'll hear inexplicable, odd noises, and some of the warmth of the house seems to dissipate almost. I do not know how to explain it - it basically feels cold. These occurrences have been unsettling, creating an eerie atmosphere in a home that normally feels welcoming and warm.
