ASICS Metaspeed Sky Paris vs ASICS Metaspeed Sky+
Briefly

The main difference between these two foams is that FF Turbo+ is much lighter, reducing the overall weight of the Sky Paris. The Sky Paris is slightly thicker than the Sky+, making it more cushioned, resulting in more long-distance comfort.
The Sky+ is firmer than the Sky Paris, better suited to shorter and faster runs, while the Sky Paris is more suited for long runs. Both versions feature super stiff, full-length carbon plates for aggressive, propulsive rides.
Compared to other super shoes, the Sky Paris and Sky+ have firm rides best suited to fast paces like races, intervals, tempo runs, and threshold workouts. They are both decently stable due to wide forefoot design and not overly squishy midsoles.
The Sky Paris has a bit less rubber in the outsole to save weight, making it lighter, while the Sky+ has more rubber coverage making it more durable. Both versions boast very comfortable uppers with excellent foot lockdown and premium, notched laces.
