The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is rumored to feature three rear cameras, with the main camera being enhanced to take 3x zoom shots as well or even better than a dedicated unit would have.
The main camera is expected to have the same resolution and sensor size as the S24 Ultra, with improved light capturing capabilities. The periscope zoom camera could feature variable zoom with two fixed focal lengths.
