Riley Testut announced that the Delta emulator will soon support online multiplayer for Nintendo DS games, allowing users to play classic titles like Mario Kart DS online.
The online service will utilize melonDS' support, connecting to third-party Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection servers, enabling over 10 million Delta users to join in.
While the feature will initially be available in beta for Patreon subscribers, it is currently unclear when a public release might occur.
Testut confirmed that online multiplayer will be limited to Nintendo DS games that support Nintendo WFC but will be free for all users.
