Diablo 4 patch casually doubles Realmwalker health, makes your mount far less skittish in the endgame
Briefly

The Realmwalker encounter events have been one of the most popular since the start of the season, partly due to their faction reputation rewards and impact on the seasonal loop. Players have found these events to be a great source of gear and new Seething Opal Elixirs. However, Blizzard believes the encounters were being completed too quickly and, as a result, they have decided to double the health of the Realmwalker.
Alongside the adjustments to the Realmwalker encounters, this patch enhances the rewards of Radian Chests at the end of Legion events. Now, they grant bonus loot and Zakarum Remnants reputation to players who have an active Seething Opal when the chest is opened, further incentivizing players to engage with this new mechanic.
Though this patch primarily focuses on bug fixes, it also introduces several gameplay changes such as the potential for one more wave of Bloodbound Guardians to appear, which should make encounters feel more challenging and rewarding for players engaging in combat.
Quality of life improvements also accompany Patch 2.0.4, catering particularly to players immersed in Diablo 4's endgame. These enhancements ensure that players have a smoother gameplay experience as they explore the challenges presented in Nahantu.
