Managing Angular
Briefly

Our approach with Angular is to focus on a North Star—we want to enable developers to build web apps with confidence. The web framework is complex, and we recognize the need for iterative development rather than aiming for a mythical perfect product. This allows us to adapt to ever-changing market dynamics while maintaining communication with our teams and our users to ensure that our product evolves with their needs.
The concept of a global maximum in product development is misleading; it's more akin to Plato's Theory of Forms. We can strive for perfection, but what we actually create will always be an approximation. Instead, we should embrace an iterative approach where feedback and teamwork are foundational to successfully addressing the complexities of software development, ensuring we remain relevant in a constantly shifting technology landscape.
