FGMF Arquitetos designed Casa Aroeira to elegantly rise from a steep corner lot in Bragança Paulista, Brazil. The home features a dual entrance—pedestrian access from one side and vehicular access from below. This layout divides the structure into two levels, where the ground floor contains social and guest spaces, while the upper floor focuses on private quarters with stunning views. The architecture combines exposed concrete elements with large sliding glass panels for transparency, effectively blending indoor and outdoor spaces and showcasing the surrounding farmland.
The architectural expression of Casa Aroeira is achieved through exposed concrete pillars and beams, which serve both structural and aesthetic purposes, enhancing the home's overall clarity.
