"He was standing there, celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk, saying how he deserved it, he hated Charlie Kirk, and he had it coming to him, Kuenzle said. Right after, she looked at the man's badge and saw it identified him as a doctor. I looked down at his badge, it says doctor.' I said You're a doctor?' How are you saying this, as a doctor, that someone deserved to die?'"
"Her appearance on Fox News comes a few days after Kuenzle filed a lawsuit in Bergen County Superior Court against the hospital and the doctor she claimed celebrated Kirk's slaying, Dr. Matthew Jung. The 33-year-old nurse claimed she was wrongly suspended for formally complaining about the incident, as well as for posting about it on her personal Instagram account. She is seeking unspecified damages. Englewood Health, in a statement Fox News shared during its segment, said the doctor had also been suspended"
