Mark Kelly over a video urging U.S. military members not to follow potentially illegal orders from the Trump administration. Kelly emphasized more than twenty-five years of Navy service, thirty-nine combat missions, and four space missions, and recounted being shot at, missing family events, and commanding a shuttle while his wife recovered from a gunshot wound.
