A Fulton County judge has ruled District Attorney Fani Willis can continue to prosecute the 2020 election interference case if special prosecutor Nathan Wade is removed.
During the speech earlier this year, Willis defended attacks on her lead prosecutor Nathan Wade, suggesting he was being targeted because he was a Black man.
