Medical workers found Mr. Tapp suffering from injuries as a result of a purported accident, and took him to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A criminal complaint accuses Mr. Rodimer of striking Mr. Tapp on the head and says the killing was willful, deliberate and premeditated.
