Federal prosecutors requested the sentencing portion to be reopened in the case of the man who violently attacked Nancy Pelosi's husband, as the attacker was not properly allowed to speak.
David DePape, who assaulted Paul Pelosi with a hammer in their home, was recently sentenced to 30 years in prison after being convicted of federal counts related to the attack.
