A woman in Florida who was accused of fatally shooting her neighbor after a dispute involving the victim's children was arrested on Tuesday, the authorities said.The woman, Susan Louise Lorincz, 58, was charged with manslaughter with a firearm in the shooting death of Ajike Owens, 35, the Marion County Sheriff's Office said in a statement early Wednesday.
