Ex-C.I.A. Officer Gets 30 Years for Drugging and Sexually Assaulting Women

Brian Jeffrey Raymond, a former C.I.A. officer, was sentenced to 30 years in prison for drugging and sexually assaulting over two dozen women in various countries.
The U.S. attorney, Matthew M. Graves, stated that this predator lured unsuspecting women to his government-leased housing, where he drugged them before sexually assaulting and photographing them.
Mr. Raymond's criminal actions, occurring from 2006 to 2020, involved drugging and recording 25 victims in compromising positions, violating their trust and autonomy.
In addition to his prison sentence, Raymond was ordered to remain on supervised release for life and to pay $260,000 in restitution to his victims.
