A Delta plane's wing damages another airliner on Atlanta airport runway
Briefly

On Tuesday morning at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, a Delta Air Lines Flight 295 accidentally clipped the tail of Endeavor Air Flight 5526. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, and Delta is actively re-accommodating affected passengers.
The incident occurred on an adjacent taxiway and is currently under investigation by the FAA. Delta stated that it is cooperating with the National Transportation Safety Board regarding this matter.
Passengers travelling on the damaged Delta aircraft were seen deplaning and being bused back to the terminal following the event, highlighting the airline's efforts to manage the situation.
Last month, Delta faced a tragic incident where two employees were killed and one was critically injured in a tire explosion at their maintenance facility, prompting federal investigations.
