Andy Litinsky, a co-founder of Trump Media & Technology Group, revealed that there were doubts about Mr. Trump agreeing to merge the company with a shell company, despite its now $6 billion valuation.
Mr. Litinsky testified to Mr. Trump's uncertainty on signing the merger agreement and portrayed him as the ultimate decision-maker in the deal, which eventually made Trump Media a publicly traded company.
