Gardaí in Tipperary are conducting a manhunt after a robbery at Fethard’s post office on Wednesday, May 27, shortly after 1.50pm. A sum of cash was reported taken from the premises on the village’s Main Street on the R692 road. The male left the scene on foot after brandishing a suspected weapon, and no injuries were reported. It is unclear how many people were inside at the time. The suspect was wearing a dark long-sleeved hoodie. Gardaí are appealing for information, including dashcam footage, and can be contacted via Clonmel Garda Station or the Garda Confidential Line.
