ITV has ordered a barrister-led review of the facts surrounding Phillip Schofield's exit from This Morning.The broadcaster's chief executive Dame Carolyn McCall confirmed the move in a letter to culture secretary Lucy Frazer on Wednesday, just days after Schofield quit ITV after he admitted lying about having an affair with a colleague from the show in 2020.
