One woman is dead and a man is in hospital with critical injuries after a head-on collision near Port Perry early Saturday morning, police say.In a news release, Durham police say they responded to the collision in Scugog Township on Island Road, north of Demara Road around 3 a.m.Police say the man, 19, was driving northbound before his vehicle crossed over the centre line.
